Ghost v:15.0 1 1 1, Norton Chat states that System Recovery Disk (SRD) can only use 32-bit drivers! Where do I download this 32-bit driver for my Win-7 64-bit PCs? Ghost 15 Error: 'WAN Miniport (IKEv2) (Unusable 64-bit driver)'.? Found this out when I did a test recovery and again from a data dump from my systems. The aforementioned message appeared on both machines. I have spent hours with Norton Chatand remote interface... they blame Microsoft, the computer manufacturers, and everyone else. I have licensed ownership of my two (2) Ghost 15s (not upgrades). Both my machines (HP with 'Intel V//V' and the Sony with 'Intel Core 2 duo') are w/Win-7 64-bit OS. Also downloaded and read their 213p user's guide... maybe I'm just getting to old.
